Joint weekend with London WRG. Vegetation clearance and various jobs preparing for the rebuilding of the lock chamber walls this summer. Staying at Stratton Scout Hut.

Further clearance of the canal line and towpath, including removal of stumps. Staying in Leominster.
March 28/29	Cotswold Canals Gough’s Orchard Lock	Rick Barnes
Work on the towpath side wall of the lock, removing damaged brickwork and beginning rebuilding if weather allows! Staying at Selsey Scout Hut.
April 25/26	Wilts & Berks Steppingstones Bridge	Martin Thompson
Brickwork and landscaping at Steppingstones Bridge, as the rebuilding work comes close to completion. Staying at Watchfield village hall.
May 16/17	Training Weekend	Centrally Booked
Opportunity to learn a range of new skills, from plant operation to bricklaying and first aid. Contact IWA Head Office for details.

July 11/12	Cotswold Canals Gough’s Orchard Lock	Rick Barnes
Preparations for the programme of summer camps at the lock, including brickwork and heritage pointing. Staying at Selsey Scout Hut.
September 12/13	Wilts & Berks Seven Locks	Harri Barnes
Joint weekend with KESCRG. Continuing the work at this major site near Lyneham. Staying at Foxham Reading Rooms
October 24/25	Grand Western Nynehead	Mitch Gozna
Further vegetation clearance work at the spectacular Nynehead boat lift site. Staying at Burlescombe village hall.
November 7/8	Bonfire Bash	Centrally Booked
The annual get together of all wrg regional groups and volunteers from the summer camps. Work will involve bonfires! Contact IWA Head Office for further details.
December 5/6	Christmas Party	With LWRG & KESCRG
Joint working weekend and Christmas party with London WRG and KESCRG.
